Manager, Business Partner Strategies
Manager, Business Partner Strategies - by combining the Business Solutions role and the Client Relationship role, we will obtain a better understanding of our Client requirements, as well as manage our Partnerships to both better our internal initiatives for enhancements, as well as communicate and understand our client/partner needs now and in the future. This department can act as a consulting service as we to generate more revenues by working with our ASG, PSG and TSG divisions.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Proficiency in Windows software ie Word Excel MS Project Powerpoint, etc.
- Proficiency in the SIT WR system including Time Sheets
- Strong Interpersonal Skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Must be able to think “out of the box”
- Financial Industry experience
- Full knowledge of SIT policies and procedure
- Team Player and work with other departments within SIT
Key Responsibilities
- Understand Customer Strategic Direction
- Liaise regularly with customer at a level above FAS
- Upgrade License Sales
- Professional Services Sales
- Monitor and ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure bills are paid
- Explore innovative uses of Portfolio Plus
- Seek solutions to problems related to but outside of Portfolio Plus
- Stay abreast of Industry Trends
- Provide Scope and direction to Portfolio Plus enhancements
- Seek business partnerships with complementary product providers
- Assist in Pre-Sales intelligence and planning
- Provide consulting services to clients
- Provide consulting services to other SIT Divisions
- We research and educate in an effort to know our:
- Partners
- Product functionality, architecture and enhancements
- Industry and Marketplace
- Regulatory Environment
- Competition
- Solution Partners
- Future Trends
- We are to create processes internally by working with other Vice Presidents to educate SIT Staff of the BPS role within the company, as well as how we can help them provide answers to our clients.
- We are to promote “Partnerships and Business Strategies” as “value-added services” by providing a scheduled “On-Site Client Needs Analysis” to then provide a Report of recommendations.
- Billable Work would be co-ordinated with other Divisions of SIT through the BPS to provide any further consultation assistance (billable as per License rate.)
- We will be promoting the Portfolio Plus “vision” to external and internal clients. Internal presentations to staff to discuss marketplace, trends, system requirements and client business objectives. This again in an effort to assist internal clients to assemble a wider view of the Portfolio Plus solution.
