Congratulations to Ric McGratten

Toronto, Canada – September 21, 2005: Strategic Information Technology Limited (“SIT”) would like to congratulate Ric McGratten, President and CEO of MCAP Mortgage on his induction into the Canadian Mortgage Hall of Fame by the Canadian Institute of Mortgage Brokers and Lenders (CIMBL) Foundation. The CIMBL foundation will be hosting a gala on September 22, 2005, at the Fairmont Royal York Hotel, to formally induct Mr. McGratten.

“Ric McGratten’s professional contributions have been numerous”, said G.
