Bank Teller Specialist (Retail Banking Specialist)

This challenging and interesting role is directly client-facing. You should be an eager self-starter and self-teacher.

In our flexible workplace you will be responsible for organizing your work to ensure prompt and timely responses to your clients. Using your calm, respectful, and assertive approach to dissecting incoming issues, you will apply your business product knowledge, accounting skills, and learned Portfolio Plus knowledge to assist your clients in reaching a successful conclusion on each issue.

The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of five (5) years experience in all aspects of retail banking. This includes working knowledge or experience with cheque clearing, teller activities, point of sale (POS), online banking, and reconciliation activities. Accounting knowledge is an excellent asset.

Experience with enterprise-level software applications as well as excellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite is required.
