Project Manager

As a Project Manager on our team, your role will be critical as a leader bringing together the diverse team of skilled professionals in both our organization and our clients’ to achieve prompt and efficient conversions. Your skills as a detail-oriented organizer will co-ordinate well with your interpersonal skills to ensure team success.

Responsibilities will include working with SIT clients, Technical Business Analysts and Business Systems Consultants to create solutions that will be deployed within the financial industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of large teams
• Careful attention to schedules, budgets and achieving key deliverables
• Ensuring revenue opportunities are identified to ensure full exploration
• Reporting internally to management and externally to clients
• Facilitation and encouragement of strong lines of communication with clients

Qualifications:

• Information Systems Professional with minimum of 10 years experience in large Financial Organizations
• Must have previous programming and systems analysis experience
• You are a team leader, and also a team player
• Demonstrated information systems management experience
• Exceptional communications skills
• Exceptional business and system analytical skills
• Exceptional planning skills
• Strong knowledge of automated planning tools - MS Project being our preferred planning tool
• Strong negotiation skills
• Proven ability to achieve goals, deliverables, target dates
• Strong relationship management skills
• Strong MS Word, MS Excel knowledge.
